Meraki Wireless Email Problem

I had the same issue. We corrected the problem by adding a new DNS record. Our phone user's mail clients were pointed to mail.ourcompany.org. The local DNS settings were for exchange.ourcompany.local. I added a new zone on the Domain Controller for ourcompany.org. Then I added a CNAME record for mail, pointing to the FQDN of the local server.
